Refund Policy
Optimalize Consulting Refund Policy.
Services are delivered within 6 business days after payment is made.
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after you make a payment, if there was no service delivered, you may request a refund. A refund can also be initiated at Optimalize Consulting's discretion.
You'll also need to email the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be initiated through Paypal within 6 business days from your refund approval confirmation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
