Refund Policy
Optimalize Consulting Refund Policy.
Services are delivered within 6 business days after payment is made.
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 business days after you make a payment, if there was no service delivered after 15 business days, you may request a refund. No refund is required if the service's duration has been mutually agreed to be extended by Optimalize Consulting and the client. A refund can also be initiated at Optimalize Consulting's discretion.
You'll also need to email the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be initiated through Paypal within 6 business days from your refund approval confirmation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
